Cancellation is free before 24h of your appointment. You can cancel by phone or by the link sent to your email. Contact details you can find here.
In case you cancel less than 24h of the appointment the company has a right to charge 50% of the normal service price.
No cancellation or no show cases the company has a right to charge 100% of the normal service price.
